What’s Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We offer free reshipment or refund in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing items from your order

  • Item does not match the description or images

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

What’s Not Eligible

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or external logistics issues

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Used items or items without original packaging

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Email us at ijco.partners@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description

  3. Our support team will review your case and respond within 48 hours

If approved, you’ll receive either:

  • A reshipment of the item (no need to return anything)

  • Or a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
